THIS WILL INCLUDE ANALYTICAL AND STATISTICAL ASSESSMENT OF COMPONENT DYNAMICS AND CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ANALYTICAL SOFTWARE AND ACQUISITION SYSTEMS WHICH ARE CRITICAL TO EFFECTIVELY DEFINE NOMINAL COMPONENT DYNAMIC AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS, DETECT ANOMALOUS BEHAVIOR, AND ASSESS MACHINERY OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS. THE SCOPE OF THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) BROADLY DEFINES THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIALIZED COMPUTER SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT, PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS TOOLS DEVELOPMENT, DATA ANALYSIS, AND EVALUATION OF DYNAMIC DATA OBTAINED DURING SSME AND ARES ENGINE SYSTEMS TEST AND FLIGHT OPERATIONS TO BE PROVIDED TO MSFC BY THE CONTRACTOR.
