CUBE-SATS) OR HIGH ALTITUDE BALLOONS TO THE GROUND STATIONS (GS) OR AIRBORNE ASSETS. THE MA HARDWARE WILL BE INTEGRATED TO THE MILC ALREADY BEEN DEVELOPED UNDER A SEPARATE SBIR PH III TO AND BEEN DELIVERED TO NASA GRC, TO MINIMIZE THE CURRENT DEVELOPMENT COST SIGNIFICANTLY. THE MULTIPLE-ACCESS (MA) SCANNER HARDWARE WILL BE DELIVERED TO NASA IN-PERSON AND A HANDS-ON DEMONSTRATION WILL BE GIVEN TO GRC PERSONAL.
