STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Procurement of 12-Strand Rope Assemblies 1.0 Background The Department of War (DoW), Fuels Department at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), requires specialized rope assemblies to support its operaƟonal requirements. This SOW outlines the specific requirements for the procurement and delivery of these items. 2.0 ObjecƟve The objecƟve of this contract is to procure and deliver six (6) 1-1/2" diameter Quantum (or technically equivalent equal) 12-Strand Rope Assemblies that meet the exact specificaƟons listed in this SOW. 3.0 Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to deliver the specified rope assemblies to the designated government locaƟon. The contractor is responsible for all aspects of the order, including sourcing, fabricaƟon, and all shipping/delivery logisƟcs. 4.0 Specific Requirements  4.1 Item DescripƟon: The contractor shall provide items matching the following specificaƟons:  DescripƟon: 1-1/2"D X 300FT QUANTUM (or technically equivalent equal) 12-STR ROPE ASSEMBLY  End Finish: Each end of the rope shall have a 6 FT Chafe Pro covered eye (or technically equivalent equal).  Splice ProtecƟon: Each splice shall be covered with 10 FT of Chafe Pro (or technically equivalent equal).  Splicing Technique: Splices must be executed using the "Tuck and Bury" method.  Manufacturer Part Number: 1400-00000 (or technically equivalent equal).  QuanƟty: 6 Each (EA).  4.2 Shipping and Delivery: The contractor shall be responsible for all costs and logisƟcs associated with the packaging, handling, and delivery of all items to the address specified in SecƟon 6.0. 5.0 Deliverables The contractor shall deliver the following items in accordance with the Period of Performance.
