(PDT) 8145 - Specialized Shipping and Storage Containers 332439 - Other Metal Container Manufacturing 100% Small Business Set Aside 129 MSG/MSC Moffett ANGB, CA Description: The 129th Maintenance Group is seeking to procure an Expandable Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable Container Unit (ISU). Detailed specifications for this requirement are outlined in Attachment 1, Product Description (PD). This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ)." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439, with a size standard of 600 employees. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be received before the closing date specified above. This action is subject to the application of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, and 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. Addendums to these provisions are provided in this solicitation for your review and incorporation into your quote. Please ensure full compliance with both the standard RFO FAR language and the provided addendums when preparing your quote. -- 1 of 2 -- RFO FAR Clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Contracting Officer is responsible for the administration of this contract. Communications pertaining to contractual administrative matters will be addressed to the Contracting Officer. No changes in or deviation from the scope of work shall be affected without a written modification to the contract executed by the Contracting Officer. b.
