This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA251726QA041 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the 3rd Combat Training Squadron (3 CTS) for Electromagnetic Warfare Operator’s Course at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB). This will be solicited as a Firm Fixed Price full and open purchase order for brand name Airbus DS Government Services Ranger 2400 terminal or equal. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Overhaul (RFO), as of 09/02/2026. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The quotes will be evaluated IAW RFO 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addendum to RFO 52.212- 1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation may result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein and the associated Attachments. The vendor agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government anticipates the order of one (1) antenna with the option to order the remaining three (3) antennas. Each antenna has its own CLIN with a total of four CLINs for four antennas. Delivery is 180 calendar days after receipt of order. Submit a quote for the following period of performance CLIN breakouts: 180 calendar days for one antenna (CLIN 0001) 180 additional consecutive calendar days for Option 1 (CLIN 1001), Option 2 (CLIN 1002) and Option 3 (CLIN 1003) if exercised at the same time. If CLINs 1001, 1002 and 1003 are exercised individually, 180 calendar days at the time the option is exercised. The Government anticipates awarding options at the time of award; however, this is not guaranteed. Options that are not awarded with the base order or exercised after 90 calendar days can be negotiated. Amendment(s) to the solicitation (if applicable): The Government reserves the right to amend the solicitation documents at any time. It is the Offeror's responsibility to comply with any/all amendments. If this solicitation is amended, all terms and conditions not revised will remain unchanged. The Offeror shall acknowledge receipt of any amendments in conjunction with the Offeror's proposal. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Priced Purchase Order. Late submissions: Quoters are responsible for submitting quotations so as to reach the Government office designated by the time specified in the solicitation. Any quotation received at the Government office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of quotations is late and may -- 2 of 24 -- 3 not be considered unless it is received before award is made and the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quotation would not unduly delay the acquisition.
