NASA is seeking a total of four protective mask toolkits specifically designed for use with Phantom + brand masks, under NAICS 921190. This opportunity is set aside for total small businesses, making it suitable for eligible small contractors. The combined synopsis/solicitation notice indicates that interested vendors should track the opportunity closely, as it may require a proposal rather than a simple bid submission. Each toolkit must include specialized tools that are not commercially off-the-shelf (COTS) items, necessitating careful customization by the vendor.
