The Bid Schedule will provide quantities and lengths of pipeline material as required by this contract. The contractor price is to include any cost associated with shipping. No modification for increased costs will be permitted for shipping. Contractor awarded this contract is responsible for the purchase and delivery of the materials to the BLM Admin Site located at: 111 Garryowen Road Miles City, MT 59301. At the BLM site, BLM will provide forklift and operator for off-loading materials. Delivery shall be during business hours Monday to Friday 8AM-4:30PM. 48 hours prior to delivering any materials contact the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) to ensure forklift and operator can off-load. Scope: Submittals include manufacturers' specifications, and handling & storage -- 3 of 5 -- Statement of Work 2026 MCFO Pipeline Material 3 details. B. Requirements: Refer to items for submittals required. Allow at least 7 working days for review. Submittals shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist. C. Identification of Submittals: Completely identify each submittal by showing at least the following information: 1. Name and address of submitter, plus name and telephone number of the individual to contact for further information. 2. Name of project as it appears in these specifications. 3. Contract number, drawing number, and specification section number to which the submittal applies. 4. Whether this is an original submittal or resubmittal. 5. Each item shall clearly note the manufacturer's name and address, trade name, product, lot, style, color, catalog designation or model number, and locations of use. D. Certification: The Contractor shall furnish, at the time of inspection, written certification from manufacturer that the Contractor-furnished materials conform to the requirements of this contract. Required Material Specifications Item 1. 2” HDPE Black Pipe (DR 11) (Quantity 81,000 Feet) HDPE, 2-inch, IPS, DR 11, 200 psi, high density pipe manufactured from PE4710 resin polyethylene manufactured in accordance with ASTM D 2239, D 2837, and D3350. The pipe shall be as uniform as commercially practicable in color, opaqueness, density, and other specified physical properties. It shall be free from visible cracks, holes, foreign inclusions, or other defects. Pipe shall be furnished in 4,500 ft coils on a spool.
