Refer to section 01 35 26, SAFETY REQUIREMENTS for safety and infection control requirements. 1.2 GENERAL INTENTION A. The contractor shall provide all the necessary supervision, labor, equipment, material, transportation, testing and infrastructure required to complete work for project #523-25-003 Bulk Oxygen Corrections, at the Boston Healthcare System Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Brockton, Massachusetts in accordance with the Contract Documents, Scope of Work, Drawings, Specifications, Wage Determination, and Technical Requirements per all Federal, State & Local codes. B. The VA Contracting Officer will schedule an organized site visit during the solicitation process. C. Offices of William Pevear, Architects, as Architect-Engineers, will render certain technical services during construction. Such services shall be considered as advisory to the Government and shall not be construed as expressing or implying a contractual act of the Government without affirmations by Contracting Officer or his duly authorized representative. D. Before placement and installation of work subject to tests by testing laboratory retained by Department of Veterans Affairs, the Contractor shall notify the COR in sufficient time to enable testing laboratory personnel to be present at the site in time for prope
