The required platform shall utilize advanced AI techniques and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) delivery models to support radiology workflows across all VISN 1 VA Medical Centers. The solution must integrate seamlessly with the VA Electronic Medical Health Record (EMHR), existing Picture Archive and Communications Systems (PACS), and radiology workflows to enable enhanced disease detection, improved diagnostic accuracy, and increased operational efficienc Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
