Statement of Work (SOW) 841st Transportation Battalion Modular Office Building 3852 IT Cable Installation CAO 20 May 2026 The purpose of this procedure is to provide uniform guidance with respect to policy and responsibilities for the IT cable installation in the modular office building for 841st Transportation Battalion located in Charleston, South Carolina 29406. 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1.1 SCOPE OF WORK FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP): The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, vehicles, labor, tools, materials, transportation, handling and safety equipment necessary to provide the required IT cable installation within the 841st Transportation Battalion Modular Office Building, 1050 Remount, North Charleston, SC 29406 as detailed below. Firm-Fixed Price for this Purchase Order will include all expected costs and charges including the following: a) Wire (CAT6) with 35-40 network drops in a long term temporary modular office BLDG from a central network switch to individual office spaces. RJ-45 males will be put on the MDF end and they will plug directly into switch. Wall plates are to be installed at the workstations. The wall rack and patch cords will be provided by the government. 2. FLOOR PLAN -- 1 of 3 -- 3. LOCATION The 841st Transportation Battalion is located on the Naval Weapon Station of Joint Base Charleston. Specific (approximate) location of mobile office building set up is: 2596 Basin Road, North Charleston, SC 29406. This is in the vicinity of “TC Dock”. Contractor shall use the commercial entrance off Virgina Avenue. 4. POINT OF CONTACT The primary Point of Contact (POC) for this project, who will oversee and conduct Quality Assurance, Delivery, Inspections, Processing Invoices, Damage Reports, etc., is the COR, Mr. Michael Mantica. His phone number is 843-794-0536 and email is Michael.a.mantica.civ@army.mil. Alternate POC will be the S4, Mr. Daniel Hollington. His phone number is 843-830-5888. Any email correspondence shall include both the primary and alternate POCs. 5. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with the 841st Security Officer for access onto the Naval Weapon Station. This shall be done at least 10 days prior for new individuals. The Security Officer is Mr. John Wood. His phone number is 843-296-4172 and email is john.w.wood12.civ@army.mil. 6. WORKING HOURS Work shall be performed and completed between 0800 and 1600, Monday through Friday, except for Federal Holidays as detailed below. 7. FEDERAL HOLIDAYS The following Federal holidays shall be observed as indicated below. If a regular workday falls on a holiday, the delivery, pick-up, or services shall not be performed on that day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as a Federal Holiday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday is observed as a Federal holiday. Below are the Federal Holidays to be observed: 1. New Year’s Day 2. MLK Day 3. President’s Day 4. Memorial Day 5. Juneteenth 6. Independence Day 7. Labor Day 8. Columbus Day -- 2 of 3 -- 9. Veteran’s Day 10. Thanksgiving Day 11. Christmas Day 8. DAMAGES The Contractor shall be liable for any and all damages or losses caused through fault or negligence of his agent and/or employees and equipment used. The Contractor shall restore any damage caused by his/her operations. 8.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all damages to persons or property resulting from the Contractor’s labor personnel and sub-Contractors fault or negligence as well as, for the payment of any civil fines or penalties which may be assessed by any Federal, State, or Local regulatory agency as a result of the Contractor’s labor personnel or sub-Contractor’s violation of any Federal, State, or Local law, Regulation or permit condition or associated requirement. -- 3 of 3 --
