Aerial Herbicide Spraying - Arkabutla

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, Arkabutla Lake Project Office has a
requirement for a contractor to perform aerial spraying for herbicide for the control and
eradication of unwanted, woody aquatic vegetation. Woody Aquatic vegetation includes
Water Elm, Button Bush, Black Willow and other aquatic woody species. All work must be
completed in accordance with the statement of work that was prepared for this requirement.

specified content may be determined unsuccessful and removed from further consideration.

The Government will award a contract to the lowest priced quote that conforms to the
requirement of the solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated for conformance. In order for an
Offeror to be considered for award, the proposal must receive an "Successful" rating. A
proposal receiving a rating of "Unsuccessful" will not be eligible for award.
FACTOR 1 CAPABILITY (SUCCESSFUL/UNSUCCESSFUL)
Offerors shall be evaluated on an (successful/unsuccessful) basis.
To be determined successful, the contractor shall submit the following documentation:
1) Offeror shall provide a detailed schedule outlining that work will begin on or after 1 August
2026 and be completed by 30 September 2026.
2) The offeror shall provide documentation that all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Requirements and State of Mississippi Licensing requirements are met. (Licenses, certificates,
etc.)
3) The contractor shall provide a detailed plan addressing their experience and understanding
of the requirement and their planned approach to achieve the goals described in the scope of
