Aerial Herbicide Spraying - Arkabutla This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Number W912EE26QA026 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 115112 - Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating; with a size standard of $9,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at RFO Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, Arkabutla Lake Project Office has a requirement for a contractor to perform aerial spraying for herbicide for the control and eradication of unwanted, woody aquatic vegetation. Woody Aquatic vegetation includes Water Elm, Button Bush, Black Willow and other aquatic woody species. All work must be completed in accordance with the statement of work that was prepared for this requirement. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined unsuccessful and removed from further consideration.
