COMPRESSOR BLOCK:
- Micronic intake filter.
- Low-pressure lubrication.
- Intercooler.
- Aftercooler after the last stage with stainless
steel cooling fins for effective cooling.
- Intermediate pressure safety valves after each
stage.
- 4 cylinders, 4 stages, X design.
- With oil pressure lubrication including oil filter.
- Compressor block, air filter, and oil filler neck
must be freely accessible for easy maintenance.
- The compressor block must be equipped with a
load cycle counter. The display must be via the
operating display.
- The system must be completely installed in a
stable body. All components rigidly connected to

CONTROL:
An automatic control system must be supplied in
the breathing air compressor with the following
parameters:
- 3.5" TFT color display with plain text display.
- Semi-automatic or fully automatic operation,
manually switchable.
- Temperature monitoring of the last stage.
- Temperature monitoring of the permissible
ambient temperature (+5 to +45°C).
- Oil pressure monitoring.
- Operating hours counter.
- Display of service intervals and error history for
easy maintenance and error analysis.

- Compressor control settings in local language.
- Load cycle counter.
- Password protection for various menu levels.
- Logbook; exportable via SD card and analyzable
in Microsoft Excel.
- Automatic start-stop.
- Independent switching on and off must be
ensured.
- The remaining filling time of the current filling
process must be displayed.
- Operation and menu navigation must be
possible via an additional, parallel display with
identical display and function as on the
compressor, located in a separate room, mounted
for remote control.
- It must be possible to display operating data
using symbols, maintenance information, and
error messages.
- Simple software updates must be possible using
an SD card.
TREATMENT SYSTEM:
- A filter system with integrated oil and water
separator and long filter service life must be
installed. Air quality in accordance with DIN EN
12021:2014-07 must be guaranteed. Automatic
filter monitoring must continuously check the
moisture content of the air inside the filter
container and switch off automatically when the
filter is saturated.
- The saturation level of the filter cartridge must
be displayed directly on the home page of the
control system.
- Measurement of filter saturation directly in the
filter cartridge, thus no sensor calibration
necessary.
- Advance warning of impending saturation.
- Automatic shutdown when saturation is
exceeded.
- Restart only possible after inserting a new
cartridge.
- An automatic condensate drain must be
provided, which automatically drains condensate
from all separators during operation and when
switching on and off.
- It must be possible to control the frequency and
duration of the drainage processes via a menu,
individually for each stage/container.
- Treatment container made of anodized
aluminum to prevent corrosion.
- Shelf life of the vacuum-packed filter cartridge of
at least 2 years.

single enclosure.
Simultaneous and clear display of all current
measured values on the screen.
Display of the time history of each individually
measured gas, humidity, or oil concentration.
