TREATMENT SYSTEM: - A filter system with integrated oil and water separator and long filter service life must be installed. Air quality in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014-07 must be guaranteed. Automatic filter monitoring must continuously check the moisture content of the air inside the filter container and switch off automatically when the filter is saturated. - The saturation level of the filter cartridge must be displayed directly on the home page of the control system. - Measurement of filter saturation directly in the filter cartridge, thus no sensor calibration necessary. - Advance warning of impending saturation. - Automatic shutdown when saturation is exceeded. - Restart only possible after inserting a new cartridge. - An automatic condensate drain must be provided, which automatically drains condensate from all separators during operation and when switching on and off. - It must be possible to control the frequency and duration of the drainage processes via a menu, individually for each stage/container. - Treatment container made of anodized aluminum to prevent corrosion. - Shelf life of the vacuum-packed filter cartridge of at least 2 years.
