SPECIFICATION SHEET 159th AGE Shop Loading Ramps 22 July 2026 1. GENERAL: The 159th AGE Shop located on NASJRB Belle Chasse, LA requires three (3) sets of loading ramps. 2. LOADING RAMPS MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: The loading ramps must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics: 2.1. Physical Characteristics 2.1.1. Overall length of solution is 90” 2.1.2. Lightweight, durable military grade aluminum 2.1.3. Modular and Portable – Can be stacked into bed of pickup and complies with 463 cargo pallet specs 2.1.4. Heavy Duty 1/2” cleats with 5 serrated teeth on ramps provide excellent traction 2.1.5. Maximum Contact Pressure of less than 50 PSI 2.1.6. Compatible with C130, C5 and C17 2.1.7. Creates 9 degrees load angle when used on C-5 and C-17 and C-130 2.1.8. System rated at 8,000 lb. max axle. Each ramp section can handle 4,000 lbs. 2.1.9. No tools required for assembly. 2.1.10 30” wide ramps 2.1.11 System includes industrial rubber adhered to any place that system component touches the aircraft. 2.1.12 Ramps able to be assembled and disassembled in less than 10 minutes. No tools required. 2.1.13 Storage boxes for all ramps with forklift pockets 2.1.14 ATTLA certified. 2.2. Warranty 2.2.1. 2-Year Limited Manufacture Warranty 2.2.2. 1-Year limited warranty on storage boxes. 3. INSTALLATION: No installation required by Contractor. 4. TRAINING: No training required by Contractor. 5. SPECIFICS: 3.1. Shipping must be included in the quotation as a separate line item 3.1.1. Contractor shall deliver to 391 FGS – BLDG 31 NAS/JRB NEW ORLEANS 400 RUSSELL AVE. NEW ORLEANS, LA 70143 3.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 90 days after date of contract (ADC). 3.1.3 Shipping will be FOB destination
