Part 1 Response Regardless of any arrangement with the OEM, it is required that the contractor submitting the quote (who would be later executing services under a finalized agreement) be/provide documentation which confirms the following: -Confirmation that contractor is a manufacturer authorized distributor/seller/provider for the specific (brand name) services/offerings be - Authorization letter from the OEM which confirms that the contractor is authorized to provide the required brand name equipment and to perform the required technical services. Regarding registration and eligibility requirements it is required that the contractor be actively registered in SAM (System for Award Management) at the time when their quote is submitted which includes verification documentation that must be submitted as part of the contractor’s quote (in response to the solicitation). See pages 34-35 of the solicitation which states the following: 3).
