I. Project Information
I.A. Project Summary
This project is to remove the existing door and install glass storefront wall and door to
match existing chambers.See Section 6.2 for detailed project requirements. The
contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and daily supervision to
accomplish tasks as outlined in contract documents. The contractor is responsible for all
necessary safety measures, as described in the reference documents listed below and
as may be further amended during the solicitation process
I.B. The Contract
The Contract consists of the GSA300, the Agreement, the Statement of Work,
Specifications, Drawings, Exhibits, Amendments, Modifications, and other Attachments
identified herein (collectively, the Contract Documents). The Contract contains the
entire agreement of the Parties, and no prior written or oral agreement, express or
implied, shall be admissible to contradict or modify any part of the Contract.
(2) The Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools,
water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for the
proper execution of the work described in and reasonably inferable from the Contract
Documents (the Work), whether temporary or permanent. In consideration for, and
upon condition of, the Contractor's completion of the Work, GSA shall pay the
Contractor the price or prices established in Section II, subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in this Contract.
I.C. Period of Performance
(1) Commencement. The Contractor shall commence performance of the Work within
10 days after the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
(2) Substantial Completion. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the
Work, as that term is defined in this Agreement, no later than 135 calendar days from
issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This includes 45 calendar days for required
security clearances, pre-work submittals, and material ordering. Actual construction
period of performance is 90 calendar days.
(3) Contract Completion. The Contractor shall achieve Contract Completion, as the
term is defined in this Agreement, within 30 calendar days of Substantial Completion.
I.D. Work Conditions/Site Requirements
Every attempt must be made to ensure normal building operations are not interrupted.
Operating hours for this facility are from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Notify the COR and PM of

any work that may cause disruption during the day. If work after hours needs to be
accomplished the COR and PM must be notified a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
The building is to remain fully operational throughout the entirety of the project, with no
disruption to tenant operations. All work areas must be cleaned at the end of every
workday. The work shall be sequenced to minimize disruption to building occupants,
visitors, and maintenance activities. To the greatest extent feasible, demolition work
should not take place until supplies are on hand to perform new work.
I.E. Authorized Representatives
(1) This Contract is between the United States of America, acting by and through the
Administrator of General Services (GSA), and the Contractor (the Parties). References
in this Contract to "the Owner" or "the Government" shall be understood to refer to GSA.

this Contract, unless other warranted contracting officers are designated in writing:

I.F. Contract Liquidated Damages Rate
In accordance GSAR 552.211-12, Liquidated Damages – Construction, in Section IV of
this Agreement, liquidated damages shall be calculated at the rate of $0 per calendar
day

Agreement.
