This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.2, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The proposed acquisition is for the procurement of spooled Anchor Line and Swivels, to be delivered to NAVOCEANO. The thirty-six (36) spools of Anchor Line shall be 3,281 feet and the Anchor Lines shall be provided in the quantity of one hundred (100).
