GATR Antenna Tester Salient Characteristics 1. Scope This salient characteristic document addresses the purchase of a new Handheld Combination Analyzer System for the 325th Communications Squadron, Tyndall AFB, Florida. 1.1. Background Tyndall Air Force Base requires the purchase of a new handheld spectrum and LMR analyzer to support the local daily operations of the Radio Frequency (RF) Shop, specifically to diagnose LMR system interference impacting the Air Control Squadron (ACS), resolve network outages, and support the relocation of 82nd ATRS antennas due to base hangar construction. 2. Requirements 2.1. Description The requirements package consists of one new Handheld Combination Analyzer system with factory-installed software options and associated directional/isotropic antenna hardware to support operations.
