Excavate to Fix Water Intrusion Issues in National Institutes of Health (NIH) Bethesda Campus.
B. Phasing:
1. Architectural systems infrastructure and related construction. Phasing will occur in this
sequence; Refer to phasing drawings and SOW attached in Basis of Design.
2. Engineering systems infrastructure construction including as documented in the drawings
will follow the phasing noted above.
C. Architect: The term Architect refers to the project designer. The Architect’s status relative to the
construction will be delineated in writing by the Contracting Officer prior to the pre-construction
