Description
1) This Solicitation Notice is to announce the Colorado Water Science Center (COWSC), Lakewood, of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a need for a Lund watercraft or equivalent to support the COWSC, Lakewood mission.

The Government will make award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
Quotes will be evaluated starting with the lowest price. If the lowest priced quote is determined to be technically unacceptable, the Government will proceed to evaluate the next lowest priced quote, and so on, until a technically acceptable offer is identified.
