1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Background
The 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron (60 LRS) at Travis Air Force Base operates a critical
Command and Control (C2) system integral to its deployment and reception missions. This
system, located across multiple facilities, provides situational awareness and command
oversight. To ensure mission readiness, the C2 system and its associated audio-visual
components must be maintained in a fully operational state at all times. This Performance
Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for comprehensive preventive
maintenance, timely repairs, and technical support for this system.
1.2 Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and
other items necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the C2 system
and associated equipment as defined in this PWS. The objective is to ensure the system
remains fully functional and available to support the 60 AMW mission. This includes on-
site maintenance, remote technical support, parts replacement, and software support.

1.5 Definition of Critical Equipment
For the purposes of this PWS, "Critical Equipment" is defined as any component whose
failure would immediately and significantly degrade the operational capability of the C2
system, directly hindering the 60 LRS's ability to perform its core deployment and reception
