This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Camp Grafton Training Center Dining Facility, North Dakota National Guard, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W901UZ26Q6566, is issued as a request for quote. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (price, shipping, technical capability, and other factors considered). The following factors for the Best Value Trade Off will be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability, expedited delivery time to include transportation costs and warranty to meet all mission requirements in full compliance with requirements listed in SAM.gov solicitation. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price.
