Description

The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial
Items, along with clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions and 52.222-90
Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors. The Government will award to
the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most
advantageous to the Government (price, shipping, technical capability, and other factors
considered). The following factors for the Best Value Trade Off will be used to evaluate
offers: price, technical capability, expedited delivery time to include transportation costs
and warranty to meet all mission requirements in full compliance with requirements
listed in SAM.gov solicitation. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when
combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. The Contracting Officer is not
responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Offerors
may use the attached RFQ to submit their offer, or you may use you preferred
documents.
All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area
Workflow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award.
