There is no current supplier for these enclosures. Desing and produce sheet metal stamping die to reproduce production level sheet metal enclosers for the Personal Computer Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) based data transfer devices (DTD). Using the stamping die deliver 60000 each for side A and side B. 1.4 PURPOSE: The PCMCIA data cards are used throughout the department with this contact there will be two suppliers. (A001) 3.2.1 TECHNICAL INTERCHANGE MEETINGS (TIMs): 3.2.1.1 Design review with contractor and DMEA before finalization of tooling. 3.2.1.2 First article inspection review meeting after delivery of materials 3.3 TASK REQUIREMENTS: 3.3.1 Design and build Stamping die for Side A in accordance with government furnished documents. 3.3.1.1 The contractor shall retain stamping die for minimum of 1 year. The contractor shall contact DMEA POC listed in section 5.0 before disposition 3.3.2.2 The contractor shall deliver 3- dimension drawings of stamping die for side B 3.3.2.3 The contractor shall deliver 2- dimension drawings of stamping die for side B 3.3.2.4 Deliver a minimum of three (3) first articles for Side B 3.3.3 The contractor shall deliver Sixty thousand (60000) production units for side A 3.3.4 The contractor shall deliver Sixty thousand (60000) production units for side B 3.3.5 The contractor shall provide shipping for all deliverables 3.4 PROGRAM SUMMARY: The contractor shall summarize all work accomplished under this CET, including significant technical accomplishments, problems encountered, solutions implemented, recommendations for improvement, and a comparison of planned schedules and costs with final performance. 4.0 DATA ITEMS: The following CDRLs apply to this delivery order and shall be submitted as described below.
