Scope of Work (SOW) Purchase and Delivery of Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans 1. Purpose The purpose of this procurement is to purchase and deliver light fixtures and/or ceiling fans for use in residential and non-residential facilities. The purchased items will be used for replacement of existing equipment, maintenance activities, and facility improvement projects. 2. Scope The Contractor shall furnish and deliver new, unused light fixtures and/or ceiling fans in accordance with the specifications provided by the Government. This procurement is for the supply and delivery of materials only and does not include installation, removal of existing equipment, commissioning, or related construction services. 3. Submittals Upon request, the Contractor shall provide: • Manufacturer product data sheets. • Catalog cuts and specifications. • Warranty information. • Documentation demonstrating compliance with applicable standards. 5. Delivery Requirements The Contractor shall: • Deliver all items to the location designated by the Government. • Ensure products are properly packaged and protected against damage during transportation. • Coordinate delivery with the Government point of contact. • Deliver all items in original manufacturer packaging. 6. Warranty All light fixtures and ceiling fans shall be covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Any item found to be damaged, defective, or non-compliant upon delivery shall be replaced at no additional cost to the Government. 7. Inspection and Acceptance The Government reserves the right to inspect all delivered items to verify: -- 2 of 3 -- • Correct quantity. • Compliance with specifications. • Absence of shipping damage. • Proper manufacturer labeling and documentation. Acceptance shall occur upon satisfactory inspection and confirmation that all items meet the procurement requirements. 8. Exclusions This procurement is limited to the supply and delivery of light fixtures and/or ceiling fans only. The following services are specifically excluded from this scope: • Installation. • Removal of existing fixtures or fans. • Electrical work. • Testing and commissioning. • Programming or controls integration. • Disposal of existing equipment. 9. Deliverables The Contractor shall provide: • Specified light fixtures and/or ceiling fans. • Manufacturer documentation and warranty information. • Delivery documentation and packing list. -- 3 of 3 --
