GENERAL INFORMATION Requirement Title: MHS GENESIS Bridge PSC/NAICS: 7A21/541512 Set Aside: N/A – Sole Source Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance Base (1) One Year (after award date) plus one (6) Six Month Option 2. DESCRIPTION (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) The acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Subpart 6.3, Other Than Full and Open Competition. (iii) The Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Contracting Activity (DHACA), Defense Healthcare Management Systems – Contracting Division (DHMS-CD) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Leidos, Inc., under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." See attached Justification & Approval (J&A) for additional information. (iv) Responses to this notice are due 24 July 2026, 4:00 ET to the POCs listed below. 4.
