Atch 02 Page 1 of 1 Specifications CONCRETE & EQUIPMENT Yosemite National Park The contractor shall supply all items listed on the Quote and Price Schedule (Atch 01) or a comparable alternative (i.e., brand name or equal). If offering an alternative, provide the item number of the alternate as indicated below along with make, model, size, and description. Partial quotes are not being accepted. All items listed on the Quote and Price Schedule (Atch 01) have been grouped into four (4) bundles. Multiple deliveries may be made, however each individual bundle must be wrapped and delivered together as a complete unit. Each bundle must be labeled as follows: • BUNDLE A – MABG • BUNDLE B – WABG • BUNDLE C – EPBG • BUNDLE D – VABG Quotes must be inclusive of all costs, including shipping and handling. Delivery Delivery is preferred within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) and will be FOB destination. Offerors must specify actual delivery date on SF1449 when submitting their quotation package. All bundles are to be delivered to: NPS Warehouse Attn: Buildings and Grounds 5083 Foresta Road El Portal, CA 95318 Delivery must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Delivery hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Unless pre-approved by the NPS, deliveries will not be accepted on Fridays, weekends, or Federal holidays. Freight to be unloaded by the contractor. This location has a docking bay; however, some items may be delivered at ground level. *Note- Visit www.nps.gov/yose to obtain the latest status and locations for road construction activities, estimated dates of construction, and estimated delays. Travel restrictions: Vehicles over 45 feet are prohibited and one-way controlled traffic for all other vehicles 20 miles East of Mariposa (Mariposa County) 24 hours per day, seven days per week due to rockslide repairs. The road leading to Wawona (Hwy 41) can close during inclement weather, see Caltrans website at http://www.dot.ca.gov. Please verify current road conditions prior to hauling. These delays and restrictions must be considered part of the existing conditions within the park and will not be cause for any additional compensation because of travel restrictions or related work. -- 1 of 1 --
