SPECIAL NOTE: Any additional hours or miles which may result from the supplier's unique operations should be included in the proposal price. Before submitting a proposal, information concerning the casing and delivery of mail should be obtained from the Administrative Official at KEAAU HI. b. The Supplier is required to report for duty at either (1) the time specified in the contract, or (2) an alternative time expressly approved by the Administrative Official; provided that, in any case, the Supplier must always report in sufficient time to case (if contract requires casing), load, and depart on schedule.
