Statement of Work For Schaeffler YRTCMA460-03-1760-XL Axial-Radial Cylindrical Roller Bearings 1.0 Description: This Statement of Work defines the technical requirements and specifications for a quantity of two (2) Schaeffler YRTCMA460-03-1760-XL Axial- Radial Cylindrical Roller Bearings. The bearings are required for use in a high-precision rotary application requiring integrated absolute angular position feedback. This statement of work’s defined requirements and deliverables are to be used in the selection and procurement of a quantity of two (2) Schaeffler YRTCMA460-03-1760-XL Axial-Radial Cylindrical Roller Bearings. 2.0 Scope: The scope of this project includes a quantity of two (2) Axial-Radial Cylindrical Roller Bearings, all necessary accessories, sensor hardware, and/or software, and technical documentation needed for proper installation and operation detailed in the requirements section of this statement of work. 3.0 Product Description: 3.1 Designs and Variants: YRTC series bearings are ready-to-fit, high-precision units designed for rotary table and spindle applications. They are pre-greased, sealed, and feature high tilting stiffness, accommodating radial loads, axial loads from both directions, and tilting moments without clearance. The XL designation signifies Schaeffler's "X-life" premium quality, offering higher load ratings and longer service life. 3.2 Designation System: The designation YRTCMA460-03-1760-XL is broken down as follows: Component Designation Meaning Basic Series YRTC Identifies the bearing series: Axial-radial bearing for rotary tables. Electrical Connection Integrated 8-pin M23 flange socket for power and data. 5.0 Hardware Deliverables 5.1 The contractor shall produce and deliver the following components meeting the requirements and specifications listed in this Statement of Work: 5.1.1 Two (2) YRTCMA460-03-1760-XL Axial-Radial Cylindrical Roller Bearings with integrated absolute angular position feedback. 6.0 Written Deliverables 6.1 The contractor shall prepare and provide certificate of compliance for all the components that are stated in section 3.0 & 4.0. (DI-MISC-81356A) 6.2 The contractor shall provide all instruction, operating, and maintenance manuals for each component stated in section 3.0 & 4.0. 6.3 The contractor shall provide technical information, drawings, 3D Models, and requirements for each component stated in section 4.0. 7.0 Warranty 7.1 The Contractor shall offer a standard commercial warranty, including onsite service warranty on labor, parts, and materials for a minimum period of one (1) year from the date of installation. Additionally, the contractor shall provide application and technical support free of charge. 8.0 Final Acceptance: 8.1 Shall be done at Watervliet Arsenal upon completion of inspection. 9.0 General Requirements and Information 9.1 The Delivery shall be thirty-eight (38) weeks from the date of award. 9.2 This effort is Unclassified. -- 3 of 3 --
