Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is issuing a solicitation for SLEEVE DECK FOR BULKHEAD AND PIPE FITTINGS consisting of NIPPLES, UNION TAILPIECE ASSY, SOCKET WELD TEES and BUSHINGS. For complete description of items please see attached solicitation. The attached solicitation has all applicable terms, conditions and provisions as well as special instructions listed in the extended description if there are additional requests from the customer. All offerors must submit any questions about specifications or the solicitation 3 days prior to the solicitation close date. 07/16/2026 All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance. Drawing, references and TGIs will not be provided or furnished as part of this solicitation due to distribution restrictions. Drawings, references and TGIs are available to quoters listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website. Quoters may request these by providing their CAGE code and DD-2345 for their data custodian. For instructions on how to register for JCP please go to https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ . This requirement has NAVSEA drawings and can be provided upon request.
