1. SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall design, fabricate, produce, package, prepare for installation (including shipment and/or delivery of exhibition and exhibition equipment to the exhibition venue) a museum-quality historical timeline exhibition entitled "Freedom250 Historical Timeline Exhibition" to be held at the Tunisian National Military Museum in Manouba (Palais La Rose). If requested by the Government, the Contractor shall install the exhibition in the Museum. See also Attachments 1 through 2 which set forth the specifications. Depending on the proposed design of the exhibition and installation process, the Embassy may require the Contractor to dismantle and remove all installation(s) and return the facility (Museum) to its original condition. The contract type will be a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity for agreed upon installations

The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit, packaging, transportation, and all local or federal taxes, if applicable.
2. VALUE ADDED TAX
VALUE ADDED TAX. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to this contract and shall not be included in the CLIN rates or Invoices because the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate from the host government.

DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT
1. SPECIFICATIONS
The purpose of this to establish an indefinite quantity contract with firm-fixed prices for design, fabrication, production, packaging, installation and dismantlement of museum-quality historical timeline exhibition entitled "Freedom250 Historical Timeline Exhibition" at the Tunisian National Military Museum in Manouba (Palais La Rose) for the U.S. Government at in accordance with the Specifications and Standards provided in Attachments 1 and 2.
The Contractor shall assemble and install the exhibit as per final layout specifications shown in the attachments.
The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and assembling all materials and equipment required. Utility connections shall adhere to all applicable codes, rules and regulations of the Tunisian Ministry of Defense. Contractor personnel shall be licensed in the discipline they are performing.
The dimensions of the Museum rooms where the exhibition will be installed/displayed is roughly 6 meters by 9 meters (~54m2). The standard height for all proposed flat panels, other installation displays, including interactive/immersive ones shall be no more than two meters in height, except if noted elsewhere. Some minor changes in panel/installation display size may occur but it is generally limited to lateral movement of the Museum’s walls and all panels/displays must stand on their own and/or have self-supporting structure that will be placed in front of the Museum’s historical walls.
The Contractor shall take all necessary measurements of the exhibition space prior to fabrication and installation. The Contractor shall also review any available floor plans, architectural drawings, or other relevant documentation provided by the Museum and shall verify all dimensions to ensure that the final exhibition design, fabrication, and installation are fully compatible with the exhibition space.
The Contractor shall design, fabricate, produce, package, and prepare for installation a museum-quality historical timeline exhibition in accordance with the approved exhibition design and all Government-furnished content.
