Purpose: The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) has a requirement to
procure annual license support used to provide technical support for the Army-provided Tenable
ACAS vulnerability solution to reduce troubleshooting time, provide 24x7 support, and provide
best practices to deploy and maintain products.
The salient characteristics are Premier Tenable ACAS support (TECH-SUP-PREM) for a 5,240
host/client Tenable SC instance environment. Provide ACAS support for an Army-based Tenable
ACAS installation. Request is for Base with PoP of 1 June 2025 – 31 May 2026.
All products must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant: All products
must comply with TAA, ensuring that devices are manufactured or substantially
transformed in TAA-compliant countries as required for Government procurement.
