Description

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (1) Can you please confirm whether the self-cleaning condenser is an indispensable/mandatory requirement? A1: YES (2) Can you confirm that all the characteristics listed in the “Electric Dryers Small Minimum Requirements” section are mandatory minimum requirements, and that no equivalent solutions will be accepted? A2: As long as the mandatory minimum requirements specified in the SOW are met, we will accept the appliances. (3) Is it acceptable to provide different brands of the requested product, as long as the total quantity is 100 units? A3: NO, all 100 dryers must be of same brand and model in order to be able to purchase same repair spare parts. (4) For delivery to the Housing Warehouse, is it possible to use two tractor-trailers? A4: YES (5) Regarding the requirement “Provide exposure (Manual Parts)”, the wording is unclear. Could you please clarify what is meant by “Provide EXPLOSURE (Manual Parts)”? A5: In Italian it’s called ESPLOSO, it includes pictures of the single parts of the appliance and codes. Our moving & handling contractor will need these catalogs in order to be able to order the repair spare parts to perform the maintenance services. -- 1 of 1 --
