Shio/HULL NAME ICN: Rev: Key Op: JON:FAS-34 COMFLEACT SASEBO OPS N6105826PRPR934 A01 TITLE: 25UB1308 Boat (FAS-34); repair/preserve 3.1.2 Bounce the boat necessary to preserve the underwater hull. 3.1.3 Remove each existing zinc anode listed in 1.3.6 for preservation work, using ENCLOSURE (Al for guidance. 3.1.4 Disconnect mechanically and remove each electrical cable from foundation and cable hanger to facilitate preservation work and install the same upon completion of preservation work. 3.1.5 Upon completion of repair and preservation work, and after approval of CFAS PORT OPERATION, lower or return the boat onto water. 3.2 Remove each damaged section, fabricate and install each new plate listed in 1.3.1 out of new 0.1875 inch thick aluminum alloy plate AL5086 H116 conforming to ASTM 8928, using 2.2 through 2.4 for guidance. (I) "VISUAL" 3.2.1 Accomplish the requirements of 2.21 including Sections 6 through 8 for welding and visual (VT) inspection using 5X magnifying glass. (I) (G) "PT" 3.2.1.1 Accomplish liquid penetrant (PT) inspection in accordance with Sections 6 through 8 of 2.21. -S130 (See NOTE 4.2) 3.3 Accomplish the requirements for repair of miscellaneous equipment of the boat listed in 1.3 as follows, using 2.2 through 2.14 and ENCLOSURE (A) for guidance. 3.3.1 Remove each existing, template from existing, fabricate and install new curtain listed in 1.3.2 out of each new marine fabric or Equal with each new fastener. 3.3.2 Remove each existing and re-upholster seat listed in 1.3.3 out of new artificial leather conforming to A-A-59517 Class One or Equal with cushion. 3.3.3 Remove each existing, fabricate and install new rubber fender listed in 1.3.4 out of new rubber sheet conforming to MIL-PRF-900 with each new fastener and existing retainer plate. 3.3.3.1 Clean each existing surface of retainer plate. 3.3.4 Remove each existing and install new windshield wiper and motor listed in 1.3.5, using 2.15 through 2.17 for guidance. 3.3.4.1 Adjust and align each arm and blade of each new windshield wiper. 3.3.4.2 Connect and verify connections. -- 4 of 8 -- Shin/HULL NO.
