Statement of Work (SOW) for Floor Scrubber – One Time Purchase Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) PART 1: GENERAL 1.1 BACKGROUND The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking to procure one (1) new Floor Scrubber , to allow FEMA Ponce Annex to maintain their operational readiness by creating a safe and efficient work environment. Since FEMA is tasked with responding to disasters with minimal launch time, it is always essential that FEMA has the equipment needed to load and unload lifesaving and life-sustaining disaster commodities during disaster operations. 1.2 SCOPE Procurement and Freight-on-board (FOB) destination delivery of one (1) new Floor Scrubber to FEMA Ponce Annex. 1.3 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance shall be within 120 days from award.
