Statement of Work (SOW)
For CGC FLORENCE FINCH’s FM200 and Galley Hood Inspections
1. Background and Current Observed Issues
CGC FLORENCE FINCH is requesting inspection and testing for the installed fire suppression
systems in accordance with standard maintenance procedures.

3. REQUIREMENTS
Contractor must submit a resume that includes the performance of fire suppression system
maintenance aboard CG assets. Performance of work aboard FLORENCE FINCH must be IAW the
attached MPC’s R-A-8843, N30050.D and N31015.D.
4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The window of availability for the required services is 22 Jun 2026 to 29 July 2026. All work must be
finalized prior to the end of this window. The Contractor shall contact the Cutter POC upon contract
award and no later than 5 calendar days prior to the start of the availability window to finalize the
exact dates and duration of the service visit. Vendor shall state in their proposal the amount of time
the job is expected to take.

THIS MPC, REFER TO THE APPLICABLE MSDS/SDS FOR
FULL SAFETY AND HANDLING PROCEDURES.
NOTE: This MPC should be completed by Coast guard personnel
who have knowledge of this system or be contracted out. If contrac-
tor performs maintenance on this system, ensure they are an autho-
rized marine fire extinguishing system inspector. If contracted, ship's
force personnel SHALL observe maintenance. Contractor will pro-
vide tools, expendables, and consumables.
1. Notify all cognizant personnel before maintenance is started.
2. Ensure this MPC can be accomplished without disrupting system operations.
3. Obtain permission from Engineering Officer (EO) and Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOW), prior to
conducting maintenance.
