STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Objective/Requirements This requirement is for the acquisition of the FY26 Nutritional Biochemistry Laboratory Maintenance Renewal for NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC). The information listed below is required to complete this purchase. 2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs QTY DESCRIPTION 1 Nutritional Biochemistry Laboratory OLIMS Software Maintenance: Support Services. During the term of this Agreement, ELS will provide the services described herein so as to maintain the OLIMS software in good working order, keeping it free from material defects so that the Covered Software shall function properly and in accordance with the accepted level of performance. These maintenance services are limited to the original scope of work for Purchase Order T70840 plus the additional functionality added under Purchase Orders T71235, T71682, T72310, T72081, T54770, T73059, P000068534, P000094437 and P000104001. To cover maintenance of any enhancements outside or beyond the original scope of work or the scope of work of the additional enhancements would require either a modification to this contract or would be provided on a time and material basis. 3.
