The award will have a Period of Performance (PoP) of one year. JMP is a suite of computer programs for statistical analysis. EIS is SAS’ sole authorized reseller for JMP to government entities and institutions on GSA.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR SUBPART 5.2. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
However, all responsible parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement will be considered. No solicitation will be issued; therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
