The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) emergency residential services at a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
