The GLOCK 17 is equipped with the “Safe Action” System, a fully automatic safety system consisting of three passive, independently operating, mechanical safeties, which sequentially disengage when the trigger is pulled and automatically reengage when the trigger is released. NOTE: The description includes current production Generations 3, 4, 5, and 6. The exact version required (Generation) and sight specification (Standard or Night Sights) will be specified on an order-by-order basis. Gen 3 and Gen 4 pistols will ship with “Gen4” magazines. Gen 5 and Gen 6 pistols will ship with “Gen5” magazines. The GLOCK 19 is equipped with the “Safe Action” System, a fully automatic safety system consisting of three passive, independently operating, mechanical safeties, which sequentially disengage when the trigger is pulled and automatically reengage when the trigger is released. The GLOCK 19 MOS differs from the standard configuration GLOCK 19 by the relief cut in the slide for the mounting of the various optic mounting plates. The GLOCK 19 MOS TB differs from the GLOCK 19 MOS by the barrel which is extended and threaded and includes a metal thread protective cap. The threads are typically M13.5x1LH but can be specified to be 1/2x28 on an order-by-order basis. The G19 Gen4 MOS with Night Sights may also be ordered with optional Maritime Spring Cup substitution for standard firing pin spring cup. This will be specified at the time of order.
