Statement of Work (SOW): The full SOW detailing all required items, standards, and deliverables is included as Attachment #4 to this solicitation. The government is soliciting for a firm-fixed price design-build replacement of the legacy car wash system inside the ground transportation bay at Facility 129, Travis AFB, in accordance with the SOW. To satisfy the Form, Fit and Function of this requirement, the Contractor must utilize manufacturer-certified technicians to decommission the existing equipment, modify supporting utility/electrical infrastructure, and install a new, commercial-grade fleet washing system. Prior to installation, the vendor must submit a detailed PDF floor plan layout confirming the system fits precisely within the structural constraints of the bay. Following successful installation, the Contractor must test the system to OEM specification and deliver hands-on training to Ground Transportation personnel. b. Reserved. c.
