Description

The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for the acquisition of advanced social listening and digital monitoring services. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021) Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(s), offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
