The following evaluation factors will be used: 1. Technical Capability: The quoted equipment must be the brand name Heckler & Koch Defense. Quotes for alternative brands or "equal" items will be deemed technically unacceptable and rejected. 2. Price: The total proposed price across CLINs 0001 through CLIN 0002 will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
