I. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
A. The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to for place garage door for the
government owned houses for the Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia. in accordance with Attachment A.
B. This one-time project must be completed within 45 calendar days of receiving the Notice to
Proceed (NTP).
II. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to
complete the replacement of garage doors for the Government-Owned (GOV) housing units of
the Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All work shall be
performed in accordance with applicable safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and
Embassy requirements.
1. Removal and Disposal
• The Contractor shall:
Carefully dismantle and remove the existing roll-up garage doors from designated GOV
housing units.
Remove all associated hardware, brackets, rails, and any components necessary for
complete replacement
• Properly collect, clear, and dispose of all debris, scrap materials, and waste generated
during demolition in accordance with local regulations.
2. Supply and Installation of New Garage Doors
The Contractor shall supply and install new roll-up garage doors with the following minimum
specifications:
• Steel sheet roll-up door constructed from galvanized alloy, 0.5 mm thickness, with
four-sheet height configuration.
• Lift Master double dynamo motor system for smooth and reliable door operation.
• Aluminum side rails for stability and corrosion resistance.
• Aluminum bottom rail equipped with anti-corrosion rubber, including insect and
rodent-repellent features.
• Silk elastic band system ensuring quiet, smooth opening and closing without noise.
• Stainless, galvanized mounting brackets designed for high durability.
• Rust-resistant thermal paint coating for long-term protection.
• Two (2) remote controls provided with each garage door installed.
• Color specification: Beige Roll-up Door (506-270).

3. General Requirements
• All work must be executed by a qualified local garage door contractor, experienced in
roll-up door systems.
• The Contractor shall ensure proper alignment, calibration, and functional testing of each
installed door and motor assembly.
• The work area must be left clean and safe after completion, with all components fully
operational and ready for use.
• Any deficiencies identified by the Embassy during inspection shall be corrected by the
Contractor at no additional cost.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND SURVEILLANCE PLAN (QASP)
This plan provides an effective method to promote satisfactory contractor performance. The
QASP provides a method for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to monitor
Contractor performance, advise the Contractor of unsatisfactory performance, and notify the
Contracting Officer of continued unsatisfactory performance. The Contractor, not the
Government, is responsible for management and quality control to meet the terms of the contract.
The role of the Government is to monitor quality to ensure that contract standards are achieved.
