1. Can one person "triple hat" as Superintendent,
SSHO and QC Manager? Yes
2. Can the period of performance be extended after
award once the material/equipment lead times are
confirmed due to current market conditions for the
equipment for this project? Contractor will be
required to complete the work within the
period of performance established in the
project specifications – this has been revised to
reflect 180 days after issuance of NTP
3. Please provide the site visit attendee sign-in sheet.

4. (If building is occupied) Are there any phasing
requirements? How many people will be in the
building? Are there any temporary heating/cooling
requirements? Coordinate with owner and
weather, to extent possible, for system down
times. No temporary heating/cooling is
anticipated during the shoulder season.
Building will be occupied, roughly 20 people.
5. Please confirm whether asbestos or lead is present
on this project, and if so, provide the relevant
documentation. All was mitigated during the
building rehab several years ago
6. Is this project tax exempt? The contractor must
ensure that all local, state and federal tax
guidance is adhered to, as the contractor is
responsible to ensure that they are paying taxes
in compliance with those local, state and federal
taxes that are not exempt per the tax guidance
of the locality, state and federal tax code.
7. When do you anticipate on site work starting?
August/September

are anticipated
