628 LRS/PORT OPS
JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, SC
8-APR-2026
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this procurement is to acquire a complete trailered boom reel system and

protective cover, and optional containment boom packages.

2. Dual Axle Trailer (galvanized, NATM compliant)
3. Hydraulic Level Winder
4. Protective Reel Cover
5. Portable Diesel Hydraulic Power Unit (9 HP minimum)
6. Containment Boom Package (Option 1 or Option 2)
All equipment must be new, free of defects, and suitable for coastal/marine environments.
