STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Objective/Requirements The objective of this requirement is to obtain a critical annual service plan for the existing Bruker Autoflex Max MALDI-TOF/TOF Mass Spectrometer to ensure continuous, reliable operation in support of mission-critical analytical work. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs The contractor shall perform the following duties: • The vendor will acknowledge the order and coordinate scheduling of service with the laboratory. • A field engineer will be dispatched, typically within approximately four weeks, depending on the company’s scheduling. • On-site service will be performed on the Mass Spectrometer, including preventive maintenance, calibration verification, diagnostic testing, and any necessary system adjustments to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. • A formal service report will be issued documenting the instrument’s condition and all maintenance actions performed. 3. Place of Performance 699, NASA GSFC. 4.
