RETREAT STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) STRONG BOND AIR FORCE CHAPLAIN CORPS NELLIS Air Force Base Attachment 1 1. Retreat: The Nellis Air Force Base Chapel at Nellis Air Force Base will be hosting the Strong Bond retreat for authorized married Active-Duty couples, in support of an Air Force Chaplain Corps led event for personnel stationed at Joint Base Andrews (JBA), MD. The retreat shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and this Retreat Scope of Work (SOW). 2. Lodging Dates/Location: The Retreat Program Manager (RPM) requires the lodging facility to be within 50 minutes of Nellis Air Force Base (NAFB) from14 August to 16 August 2026, for up to sixty (60) total adults and thirty (30) children. The hotel must be within walking distance of restaurants. Children will be attending this retreat. The number of guest rooms required is included below: • 30 Double Occupancy Rooms (30 couples, 30 children) • Total: 30 Rooms, 90 Attendees 3. Conference Rooms: The contractor shall provide a total of one (1) conference room for RPM-led instruction to accommodate the attendee capacity for the dates and times provided below. This conference room may also act as the dining facility should the lodging facility provide for this level of flexibility. If audio/visual for the conference room is not included in the price of the conference room, then the RPM will bring their own equipment for RPM-led instruction at no additional charge. The offeror should provide the Government with the lodging facility's policy on bringing outside audio/visual equipment. 1. Friday, 14 August: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm 2. Saturday, 15 August: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm 3. Sunday, 16 August: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm 4. Meals: The contractor shall provide four (4) meals sufficient to feed up to ninety (90) attendees (sixty (60) adults and thirty (30) children) during the scheduled retreat time as follows, and in accordance with the PWS: • Friday, 14 August: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm full dinner (Buffet Style) -- 1 of 2 -- • Saturday, 15 August:  7:30 am to 9:00 am full breakfast (Buffet Style)  12:00 pm to 1:30 pm full lunch (Buffet Style)  5:30 pm to 6:30 pm full dinner by the pool/lake (Buffet Style) • Sunday, 16 August: 7:30 am to 9:30 am full breakfast/lunch (Brunch) *Retreats CANNOT include alcohol as part of a package and verbiage must clarify if "drinks" are included to stipulate "non-alcoholic drinks." 5. Activities: The contractor should provide two group activities for attendees and support staff (90 people). Example activities could be kayaking, scenic hike, escape room, ropes courses, laser tag, scavenger hunt, etc. The RPM would like transportation to be provided if activities are not within walking distance of the hotel. 6. Definitive Schedule: The Government will provide confirmation of the final number of participants by five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled event start date and the quantity given to the contractor shall be final for contractor invoicing. A Firm Fixed Price is a price that does not adjust based on actual costs. However, because of the nature of the bookings required to plan a retreat, the price will not adjust downward if there are fewer attendees than originally stated in the Retreat Scope of Work. In the event the Call Order awardee (contractor) receives word five days prior to the event that a few rooms/attendees will be added, then the Government’s initial quoted price will not adjust for the original need outlined in the Retreat SOW, however, the Government will be responsible for the increase in the price pertaining only to those supplementary add-ons. -- 2 of 2 --
