Description
Twist Bioscience Coproation, who are a small business, are the only vendor capable of providing the specific high end Methylome Sequencing services which include enzyme-linked target sequencing, specific experimental protocol and methylation panels, along with a high-quality library from 60 ng cell-free DNA for Methylome sequencing with a non-CpG conversion rate >99%.
Selecting another company for this magnitude of sequencing and sampling would put the research effectiveness and accuracy in jeaopardy, and would compromise the entire study. Twist Bioscience was used in a preivous study, all the goals setforth were achieved. This was awarded IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
