As prescribed in FAR 12.205(a)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein: - Offerors must complete the "Vendor Information" section. - Offerors must provide a quote amount for each CLIN (Contract Line Item Number). - Offerors must sign and date the document where indicated. - The Government reserves the right to award on an "All or None" basis. - Provide Quote Expiration Date, Best Delivery Date, and any Discount Terms. - Offerors must submit detailed technical specifications, product data sheets (cut sheets), and high-resolution images or renderings of all proposed furniture items (tables, chairs, and booths) with their quotation to demonstrate compliance - Quotes, attachments, and all other correspondence as listed in this solicitation must be emailed to both points of contact (POCs). - Quotes are required to be valid for 60 days.
