Some phasing and coordination with the Customer will be required and shall be coordinated during the design. Work is NOT restricted by floor. The building will be occupied for the contract period with the exception of mid-May through mid-July when there will be no students/residents. During occupied periods, work hours for the student/resident rooms will be between 7:00AM - 2:00PM. Work hours in the common areas shall be 7:00AM - 9:30PM. Rooftop units to be replaced generally affect ventilation while interior fan coil units (not part of this project) provide heating and cooling. No. Designer shall provide recommended options for the customer to consider. Note that these must be MECHANICAL push-button cipher locks, unlockable with a master key and 'code order entry,' i.e. enter a specific code in a specific order for entry.
