Some phasing and coordination with the Customer will be required and shall be coordinated during the design. Work is NOT restricted by floor. The building will be occupied for the contract period with the exception of mid-May through mid-July when there will be no students/residents. During occupied periods, work hours for the student/resident rooms will be between 7:00AM - 2:00PM. Work hours in the common areas shall be 7:00AM - 9:30PM. Work on weekends is allowed in common areas only; no work in student/resident rooms on weekends or federal holidays. 6 DMS 05/22/26 42 of 61 D30 HVAC Please provide existing HVAC load calculations and TAB reports for Building B-1372 if available. Original load calculations and TAB report are unavailable. Rooftop units to be replaced generally affect ventilation while interior fan coil units (not part of this project) provide heating and cooling.
