Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.2) Solicitation Number: FA8126-26-Q-0046 Niton XL5 or Equal Plus Handheld Analyzer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award a Small Business Set- Aside, Brand Name or Equal, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of material listed below. The contract will be issued for a Niton XL5 Plus or Equal handheld analyzer. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs.
